The Governing Board is responsible for running the charity in a way that complies with the law, relevant regulations and with our governing document (Articles of Association). The Annual General Meeting provides an opportunity for the Governing Board to report to members on their management of the charity. At an AGM, members will usually be asked to vote on a number of resolutions which ensures that decisions and actions are documented accurately. All members are invited to attend Annual General Meetings and to vote.
