Please give additional activity details (i.e., reach, impact, duration, return on investment) A member of Cochrane Balearic Islands contributed to an EAACI scoping review and evidence-gap mapping examining the relationship between complementary feeding and immune health, allergy, infection and growth in infants and toddlers up to 3 years of age. The review screened 13,512 records and included 108 systematic reviews, covering complementary feeding practices, dietary diversity and patterns, specific foods, macro- and micronutrients, supplementation, probiotics and prebiotics, timing of complementary and allergenic food introduction, and ultra-processed foods. The evidence supported dietary diversity, timely introduction of food allergens and responsive feeding, while highlighting important evidence gaps, particularly regarding ultra-processed foods, plant-based diets and other emerging nutritional exposures. The work was conducted in the context of an EAACI Guideline Panel and was supported by EAACI.
