Face-to-face training workshop held as part of the X Primary Care Research Conference of Mallorca. The session lasted approximately 3 hours and included around 16 participants, mainly healthcare professionals and early-stage researchers.
The workshop combined theoretical input and practical exercises focused on:
- Structuring research questions using the PICOS framework
- Interpretation of forest plots (including an interactive quiz-based activity)
- Critical appraisal of systematic reviews using AMSTAR II
The activity contributed to building local capacity in evidence-based practice and supported engagement with Cochrane methods among healthcare professionals. It also reinforced the visibility of Cochrane in the Balearic Islands through integration in a regional research event.
