It introduced Cochrane’s Scientific Strategy, aimed at increasing the global relevance and impact of systematic reviews. A real-world case study illustrated how collaboration among researchers, patients, and institutions led to the inclusion of essential multiple sclerosis medicines in the WHO List of Essential Medicines, demonstrating the power of evidence-informed, cooperative approaches in shaping health policy.
