Please give additional activity details (i.e., reach, impact, duration, return on investment) The seminar “Oltre il singolo studio: comprendere le evidenze con Umbrella e Scoping Review” (“Beyond the Single Study: Understanding Evidence through Umbrella and Scoping Reviews”), led by Dr. Silvia Minozzi, joint co-ordinating editor of the review group Cochrane Drugs and Alcohol, introduced participants to advanced methods of evidence synthesis. The session explained how umbrella reviews integrate and compare findings from multiple systematic reviews to provide a broader overview, while scoping reviews help map emerging areas of research, identify knowledge gaps, and outline future directions. Through practical examples, the event illustrated how these approaches support comprehensive and informed decision-making in healthcare and research. The seminar was held in a hybrid format, with a total of 123 participants.
